Integrated Wind Solutions: New charter contract at Dogger Bank

Integrated Wind Solutions ASA (OSE ticker: IWS) is pleased to announce that its fully owned subsidiary IWS Fleet AS has been notified by Dogger Bank Wind Farm that they intend to sign a charter contract for one of IWS’ Skywalker class Walk-to-Work Commissioning Service Operation Vessels for the third phase of the wind farm, Dogger Bank C. The charter contract will have a firm duration of 331 days with commencement in 2025.

The contract will be effective when contractual documentation is completed, expected in Q2 2022.

Integrated Wind Solutions ASA has already secured two charter contracts with the Dogger Bank consortium with a start-up in 2023 and 2024 for the Dogger Bank phase A and B, respectively.
